The Plough is situated in the pretty village of Scalby, just outside Scarborough on the North Yorkshire coast and is the perfect gateway to the North York Moors National Park.

This friendly village pub/restaurant prides itself on offering quality food awarded an AA rosette in 2022, an interesting variety of local craft ales, a fine selection of spirits and wines as well as stylish accommodation all in a comfortable and gorgeous setting.

Our glass, enclosed, fully heated terrace offers a space for both dining and drinks. Where elegance meets comfort, our terrace provides a charming cozy area in the winter and a beautiful light al fresco space in the spring & summer months.
